At Warming Hearts Institute, we understand that life happens—plans change, emergencies arise, and unexpected events occur. While we strive to be as accommodating as possible, we’ve created a fair and simple refund policy to ensure we can provide every student with the highest quality learning experience.
Refund Policy for CNA Training Program Enrollment
We want to make sure you’re confident and ready to begin your journey with us. Please review our refund policy based on the timing of your cancellation:
Before Class Begins
Cancellation at least 7 days before the class start date
You will receive a full refund, minus a $100 non-refundable registration fee. This fee helps reserve your seat and cover preparation costs.Cancellation within 6 days of the class start date
You will receive a 50% refund of your tuition. The $100 registration fee remains non-refundable.
After Class Has Started
No refunds will be issued once the class has begun, as we have already reserved your seat, prepared course materials, and committed instructor time.
However, we are happy to discuss rescheduling options or applying your tuition toward a future class in special circumstances.
